VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop's Fulton Market neighborhood and now brings the Greek Cuisine and world renowned superstar Chef Partner Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.

Verdaderamente quedé satisfecho con la comida,todo lo que ordenamos muy rico pero el pulpo sobresaliente puedo decir que el mejor que he probado!!! Buen trabajo

This is the place for authentic greek food! Amazing food, fast and friendly service. We had the meatballs, grilled calamari, fried zucchini and the moussaka. We are definitely coming back.

Food was very good A little noisy for my taste. Louder music creates a Louder crowd. Our waiter seemed to get lost to a point we had to find him to pay our bill. Added 3% surcharge on top of a pricy menu

Our server, Alex, was incredible! I believe that is his name, so sorry if I messed it up! It was our first time at Violi and he let us switch tables for a better vibe then quickly brought our delicious drinks (old fashioned and an N.A. cocktail) and recommended a few items off the menu. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and he really went above and beyond to make the night special from quick service to incredible dishes coming out quickly to even an adorable little cake with a candle we adored! He had table next to us that was not kind whatsoever to him and he took it in stride and reminded professional the entire time. We would come back (and plan to!) again and again for the incredible food, atmosphere, and service (and this is coming from a full blooded Greek!)
