I had the most amazing cubed lamb ‘Tas special’ it was so tender and tasty. Quick service, great staff, lovely restaurant.

Nice service times, weren't waiting long, and enjoyed the visit. A good dining destination if trying to avoid the busyness of restaurants further west of Tottenham Court Road.

This is a well situated restaurant with a good Middle Eastern menu. Excellent coffee and good selection of wines. Fixed price menu good value. However, service, though charming, was a bit inattentive. Took a while to take orders, bring bill etc. The main course of casserole of chicken was just really a massive plate of chicken! It was enough for four men of healthy appetite who had been working in the fields all day to bring in the harvest! It was off putting and wasteful, because we could only eat a fraction of the plateful. It would have been better to balance a small amount of meat with couscous and salad.

This is an excellent restaurant, very well placed in Bloomsbury between Holborn and Tottenham Court Road tube stations and nearly next door to the British Museum. The food is delicious and portions very generous. The fixed price set menu, available at lunchtime and in the evening, includes a free drink (glass of house wine, beer or soft drink) and carries a wide choice. Highly recommended.
