The are two reasons why we are not very happy about the place, first of all, the table wasn t ready at the booking time and this gave us a very short time to enjoy the dinner because we have supposed to be seated at 10.30pm and not 11 PM. Second, but very important, we all felt sick after dinner.... Nothing else to say!!! Too bad because the ambience was nice and the menu is good as well, but I Don t think I wanna feel sick again!

We went to Brindisa for our New Year's Eve dinner. The manager was very nice and she gave us some welcome cocktails and grapes to celebrate the Spanish end of the year in the traditional way, which was really fun. Our young waiter was extremely nice and we were set to have a good night. However, we witnessed a scene that made us feel UNCOMFORTABLE for the rest of our evening. Right before we made our order, the senior waiter started telling off the young waiter in front of the customers. Not only is this very unprofessional and speaks badly of the restaurant and of the senior waiter, but it also made the customers look at each other and feel very uncomfortable. Taking advantage of your seniority position at work to humility a junior employee publicly is considered bullying, and whatever mistake the young waiter had made does not justify such behavoiur in a country that empowers human rights regardless of gender, race, position or age. No job or task is so important to have to humiliate people. Very sorry to have witnessed that. Now we also fear that publishing this comment might make things worse for the young employee.

Very disappointed with Brindisa. I know there were problems with the power - but didn't rate the food I'm afraid and had a very noisy table.

I made a reservation here for my boyfriends birthday. When making the booking I added a note to say that we were celebrating a birthday. On arrival the lady that showed us to the table said very loudly that she had received the note, which my boyfriend heard, so it was hardly a surprise anymore. The food itself was fantastic, very very good Tapas food, but the service was terrible. At the end of the meal a waitress came over and put a pudding down in front of us, without saying happy birthday or anything along those lines. We thought they had made a mistake and the pudding was for another table. When I spoke to the Manager after and explained I was unhappy with the delivery and service, the waitress approached us at our table and asked us what our problem was. It was extremely awkward and very unprofessional. All in all, I probably won’t be returning, as although the food was delicious, the rudeness of the staff completely ruined it for me.

The chicken was very dry. I mentioned it to the waiting staff and all I had was “sorry about that”. Not good enough really. We dédient realise that the chicken would be served with a mountain of potatoes. It would have expected the waiting staff to inform us. The menu was not up to date. The menu served by the restaurant had changed despite the physical printed menu not having been updated yet.

We tried several different dishes and all were well cooked and very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient and there was a very vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant.
