Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Tap 42 is home to a unique combination of classic and beloved pub foods as well as some new favorites. Favorite dishes include Asian-style coleslaw, oven-baked shrimp mac and cheese, Cajun grilled grouper and the avocado turkey burger. Over the years, Tap 42 has become known not only for its phenomenal food, but also for its impressive drink list, which includes numerous craft beers, handcrafted cocktails and party shots. Tap 42 offers patrons both indoor and outdoor seating. The dining room is decorated with wood slatted walls, bar stools and chalkboard signs, and the large outdoor patio provides customers with an abundance of seating, beautiful views of the area and decorative plants.

Great food for a great price. Clean and welcoming. They even put the hockey game on for us. Would recommend!

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for one night before leaving on a cruise. We were able to walk to Tap-42 from our hotel. The food is wonderful. We had the calamari - which was some of the best we have ever had. The calamari was followed by burgers and fries. Both the Prohibition Burger and Drunken Goat were delicious. The Cajun spice and truffle parmesan fries that we ordered with were very flavorful. Thanks for a great meal!

Normally fairly efficient and consistent, service today was very slow. Waited 45 min for food. Burger overcooked. Service was friendly but lacking. Had to track down wait staff for our check. Perhaps just a bad day.

The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The spinach artichoke dip was great. I usually get the brunch steak and eggs and isn’t good anymore. The salmon in all salmon dishes isn’t good either. I used to like this location bc of the quality of the food.

Fall off the bone ribs were fantastic. Best ever. Made reservations prior to to arrival and seated immediately. The restaurant was packed.

We had a small family of brothers together and it was really nice not to be rushed thru and they were so attentive. We wanted to take our time and yet we never had to look for service. Very pleasant experience!
