At the risk of making Talia Kitchen too popular, we were delighted with our first ever visit. The service was excellent with lots of very polite and friendly staff, the food was delivered promptly and the ambiance was calm and pleasant. The menu was quite different from the usual fare found in Temecula restaurants with plates like Spanish onion tarts, duck breast confit and swordfish. The quality of the food was really exceptional - presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. The salmon that two of our party ordered was about the best they’d ever had in Temecula. The libations were also quite unusual in that it has an impressive selection of non-alcoholic wines and beers. Though three out of the four of us opted for traditional cocktails and very nice wines, it is very nice indeed to have such an exceptional choice of drinks. Overall, we were very happily surprised by the quality of this restaurant and I am certain we will all return enthusiastically! Easily in our top five restaurants in Temecula.

We shared the focaccia with whipped ricotta, beef tataki, and an apple galette with gelato. Delicious!

The food, drinks, and service were outstanding. Everything we had was delicious. The only issue is the noise level, it can get loud.

We really enjoyed our evening at Talia. The menu is limited but the food was excellent. Highest kudos to our wait staff: Andy was our lovely and very attentive server. He checked often to make sure everything was perfect, and didn't rush us in any way. Even if the food were only mediocre I would go back for the excellent and friendly service he provided. Jesus was also great, quick to clear dishes, fill our water glasses and bring a bit of sunshine to our table. My only criticism is the noise level. It gets very loud since there aren't any noise dampening features -- patrons voices reverberate throughout the restaurant making it difficult to engage in conversation with your dinner companion. Sitting outside looked more peaceful and we would have opted for that had it not been raining the night we were there.

Our server Emily was excellent, she listened carefully to my wife's list of foods she cannot have and spoke to the chef, who then personally crafted a meal my wife could enjoy safely. The manager then came over to the table to make sure everything was satisfactory . The food was delicious and I greatly appreciated the lengths the staff went to to insure we had a lovely meal.

Talia was an unexpected surprise for dinner choice. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable with ingredients used, a little twist in every dish. Staff were proud to serve great food.

An absolutely wonderful experience and true embodiment of culinary art. There’s so much thought and creativity that goes into each dish, you can feel it and taste it. My wife and I are staying at the resort and have come here a couple nights in a row, and every dish we got was incredible. Hats off the the chef and amazing staff.

Andy was our waiter and he was fantastic! He gave us detailed and beautiful descriptions of the dishes to choose from. He let us know about all the chef’s creations from scratch and how they were prepared with such care. When the food came, it was just as lovely and delicious as he described. All the staff was very welcoming and quick. We’ll be back for sure.
