At Takja, we take pride in offering a warm and inviting space where guests can gather with family and friends to experience Korean BBQ. Chefs Jeff Kang & Edward Bang bring their culinary imagination to the table, crafting a menu that celebrates the diverse flavors of Korea. Guests will enjoy fresh seafood and in-house dry-aged meats with a heavy focus on fermentation, along with a carefully curated selection of wines and signature cocktails, which elevate traditional Korean spirits. Located in the West End, Takja offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for experiencing a special memory of a Korean BBQ or just having a good time.

Some menu has been updated since my last visit. Generally good improvement for foods. Wine list is kind of ok, but nothing special.

Amazing food and service all around. Every dish was exceptional. A bit of a splurge but well worth it. The grilled meats were amazing as were the many side dishes that came with the meal. Overall a fantastic experience and we’ll be returning again on our next special occasion!!

Toronto’s new go to dining spot for Korean barbecue. Impressive selection of steak cuts and impeccable service with personalized attention. Highly recommended. Was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. Have been to many Michelin star spots in NYC and this easily out does them.

The Hansang (table full of food) with seafood tower, ayce banchan and grill was awesome. Lots of food, great value, quality was fantastic. Service was chill and friendly but attentive. They grill everything for you!
