We were one of those forgotten tables unfortunately. We were seated immediately and provided water, then waited for 15 minutes before asking for a server to come help us. Once our server arrived, he was apologetic and did a fine job. However, he was not able to control the kitchen which took a very long time for our very basic “on the menu” order. We were not the only table with delays from what we could tell. And while the restaurant was busy there were a few open tables so it wasn’t a matter of being overcrowded. The manager was present in the restaurant and devoted the majority of his time to one table of guests that he either knew and wanted to treat special or that complained a lot and so he focused on them. The food was good with some of it being great (fried green tomatoes and the tuna nachos appetizer. The French dip was delicious but the fries were undercooked and soggy. I would have sent them back however the diner at the table next to us did that and then it took 10 minutes for her to get new food and we didn’t want to wait any longer. I think the larger concern is that, despite knowing of the delays and knowing we were frustrated (but nice) no one offered us a complementary drink or desert- or even a chance for the manager to ask how our meal was so that we could provide necessary but helpful feedback. By the end of the meal, the waiter perhaps assumed we were ready to go and never asked if we wanted to order desert or a coffee/ drink. We would have- but since we weren’t asked decided to go get a cream down the street. The server and waitstaff were friendly and knew the menu but just couldn’t overcome the management and kitchen challenges. It would be challenging to go back for a second try with so many other great restaurants nearby.

Steaks were overdone twice and 3 meals never came out. Waitress was trying but something went terribly wrong in the kitchen but no one would tell us what was happening.

There are five of us celebrating Christmas Eve. Things seem to be a little slow and the manager came over to see how everything was. We let him know our concerns and he made sure to take care of everything. He even gave us some vignettes to share. Jamie is an outstanding manager and did a great job. We will definitely be back.

The ambiance of your make over is great. The atmosphere is very nice. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely return.

This was our first time since the model . The place is very well done. An upscale relaxing motif. 4 of us each had a different sandwich. They were all delicious! Drinks were a nice large pour. The manager even weed it up a little bit when we said it was kind of chilly inside. Great prices too! It will be one of our new "go to" places!

The remodel is beautiful The drinks were very good … I would like them to use a napkin/coaster so the condensation doesn’t drip all over … and they can come down a couple of bucks on the prices. I had the Steak Frites .. I liked how they drizzled the gravy instead of soaking the meat and I would like fries to be crisper. My husband had ‘Fresh Fish’ Grouper which was a little dry and potatoes tasted like they were day old. We plan on trying the Happy Hour menu

Fun place to go in the center of the Mercato Complex. Great food and service. The Christmas Tree Lighting was right in front of the restaurant. Perfect.
