My wife and I celebrated her birthday here. We were seated at a two person table directly under the AC vent, too cold for the wife, but no better seating available, so we dealt with it. The good was very expensive and the steaks were not cooked to our request. The hostess was great, but that was about it.

Located inside of a Marriott hotel the restaurant is very clean. It’s very quiet inside the bar where I sat was very well stocked and very well attended. I ordered a bowl of gumbo. Very good gumbo would recommend again I’m going back also ordered a sampler platter, hot wings, potato, skins, sliders and ribs very tasty. I will be going back very soon

We love SwitcHouse! The atmosphere is great, quiet and quaint…and depending on what’s happening in CityPlace, it can be energetic and fun. The bar and wait staff are all so kind and considerate. Thanks for always taking such great care of us!

We really enjoy The SwitcHouse. We come here often for department Happy Hour. The service and atmosphere is great. The waitstaff is always helpful with menu items and drink options; they are very polite, and we feel very welcomed. This is why we continue to come back again and again.

A typical hotel restaurant where staff are inattentive and impersonal. The brisket tacos were ok but lacked any extra flavor or presentation that bring them to delicious. Not a place I would return to given all the other breakfast options in the area.

Our waitress had one other table right next to us and they were already eating when we arrived . It took 25 minutes for our drinks to come out . We watched them sit on the bar for nearly 10 minutes and when we went up to grab them our server was just standing talking with the host . She rarely checked on us and when she did she had a horrible attitude. Will not be returning due to the horrible service . Drinks were good and food was decent . Need better training .
