First time dining out on a new year’s eve. Really nice experience, service was attentive during and friendly at the end of the dinner. Food was good, unfortunately some of the choices we wanted to try were out of stock. Drinks were not outstanding but enjoyable, probably in another occasion would be a bit better. Special thanks to the server who made this special date more memorable. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Came here for the sushi, and they didn’t disappoint. The quality is top-notch and worth the price in my opinion. We had the bluefin sushi, spicy scallops sushi, salmon avocado sushi, and eggplant tempura. We also had the wagyu filet that was on the New Year’s Eve special menu. Highly recommend it. I would come back for special occasions.

Wonderful, innovative food served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Casual, warm ambiance, lots of beautiful wood and stone. Great experience!

Had an amazing time. Our server was absolutely amazing and attentive. Food came out perfectly and tasted incredible. Drinks were good and pretty quick for how busy it was.

Seated by the window which was very chilly (it’s winter in Chicago, we get it 😅, but it also felt like the AC was blowing on us) but everything else was great! Food, service, vibes were all great!

We dined in the “dojo downstairs” room and loved it. Immaculate vibes with the music & decor and better for larger groups as there’s more room to settle in and bigger tables. Food was amazing, especially the wagyu crispy rice and gyoza. Will definitely be back.

Excellent! Waitress was fabulous You can’t beat the Happy Hour menu- go ahead and double your order of crispy rice with tuna because it’s out of this world! So good
