The SOLARIS is a 125′ yacht with three decks of indoor and outdoor spaces, including panoramic windows throughout the indoor dining rooms and the open-air sky deck. Our staff, including our captain, chefs, and servers, is committed to giving you the best service and experience, whether it’s a vacation dinner, a night out on the town, or a special occasion.

You will find groups on many of our dinner cruises who are celebrating special occasions. If you have a more intimate dining experience in mind, please call our reservation line at 850-650-2519 so we can find the right table and cruise for you.

Overall experience was ok, seemed rushed, not as organized as expected and tightly packed tables. Dance floor was small, experience could have been different in nice weather. Food, ok. Not top rated. Overpriced drinks and apps.

Outstanding! My friend and I had the very best time! We are from the Midwest and being on the beautiful Floridian waters was absolutely breathtaking! We can’t say enough about the atmosphere and dining experience we had and the friendly outgoing staff on the ship! We definitely would recommend this to everyone!
