I’ve been to Summer House a few times, but tonight’s service was the best I’ve experienced in terms of wait time, level of attentiveness and service, and quality of each dish. Sam -our server- was the main contributing factor to our exceptional experience. He was friendly, attentive with sincere warmth, and helpful in selecting our dishes. He even swapped out our cutlery between courses. It was a casual evening out, and Sam made it an enjoyable one.

Sunday at noon. 2 people for lunch. Been to venue a few times before. Service was fair at best. Server was very nice but way over booked. It was obvious. 2 Burgers and Fries. 2 Ice teas. Both burgers cooked wrong. Asked for med got rare. Fries warm at best. Tab with tip only $65.00. Not in a hurry to go back. Burgers from their food court just as good. At 1/2 the price and wait.

Great gluten-free options! Everything fried is gluten-free, which is rare. We sat outside, and the ambience was lovely! Delicious cocktails too.

Server was not that attentive and not too personable either. We can usually ignore bad customer service for a personality, but got neither. Food was not worth the money, but the restaurant is cute.

Love the ambiance of Summer House. We loved the brussel sprouts, deviled eggs & jalapeño cornbread as starters. The fish tacos were a large portion of 3 tacos. Very good. The fish & chips weren’t what we expected but were “okay” I could really taste garlic in the fish. The fries are the small ones & we’re so good. Our server was pleasant & helpful with service & recommendations.

We had an epic birthday lunch in their private dining room. I arrived early to install flowers. Staff so professional, accommodating, and gave us a warm welcome . Accommodates all dietary restrictions easily. Excellent chicken pallaird, steak, fish tacos, and salads. The cake I had brought was mangled during transport, I handed it to the manager, Michael, on a wing and a prayer that they could fix it. Not only did the Summer House’s pastry chef redo the frosting & fruits, but they redid the script on the cake x1000 better than from where I bought it! Truly awe-inspiring when the cake was presented! So much gratitude to Manager Michael, the pastry chef, and SH staff. Thank you!!!

It was the first time we have gone to Summer House and we were very impressed. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. Our experience was amazing. We will definitely be going back again!

My son & I thoroughly enjoyed our meals...we each ordered the prime cheeseburger w/ sweet potato fries. Only downgraded the service to 4 stars due to a very unfortunate miscommunication at the beginning. We were seated quickly, bus person came with our waters, but then we proceeded to wait for the next 20 minutes. A table right next to us was seated roughly a few minutes after us and I noticed that a server came rather quickly and even took their order while my son & I were completely ignored!? I then caught the bus person's attention and mentioned that no one had followed up with us for 20 minutes plus what had transpired at the table next to us. Within 2 minutes, one of the managers, Rae Lynn (sp?) came to our table and sincerely apologized for the oversight and proceeded to make things "right" for us. Another manager, Angela and our newly assigned server, Rebecca treated us wonderfully and also sincerely apologized for the oversight and made sure that my son & I were properly attended to. Thank you to Rae Lynn, Angela, & Rebecca for making a very shaky start, a very nice dining experience at Summer House! We will definitely be back!
