   Steaks were very good All food was good. BUT when asked for coffee and possible dessert. The waiter came with 2 cups of coffee and said " We dumped the coffee and to be totally transparent this is watered down espresso. " I was dumbfounded, if you don't have coffee you tell the customer or you make a fresh pot and tell the customer that it will be a while, I'm making a fresh pot. I was glad he warned us. Sent it back and no dessert. At a 5 dollar sign restaurant I expected better.

   To begin I want to thank Marissa for her wonderful hospitality and Thalia for her excellent service. A little history. On January 22, 2025, I adopted a young man from Guatemala. It was a long road. I told my new son that it was time to celebrate. That there was only one place that this celebration could happen. Sullivans Steakhouse in Wilmington, DE. This experience would be new to him. We took our seats as dedicated servers approached the table. Then came Thalia our main server. In a kind way she began to speak Spanish. My son was delighted. This he never expected. We ordered. Wonderful appetizers. Hearty soups. Then the main course… steak, prepared as desired. The food, as always was excellent. The steak was exceptionally prepared. The sides were plentiful. And then to top it off, the desert was the perfect cherry on the evenings sundae. We had no complaints. Only accolades for all staff involved. I want to thank the staff who made the experience enjoyable as well as Thalia who tied it all together. Marissa charmed the table by her presence. I have taken enough of a readers time. I will end with this. Sullivan’s steakhouse needs to be on the top of your list for one of the best culinary experiences you will ever have. Thanks to all for making my son’s experience a time to remember. We will plan our next time back soon.

   We had a great experience at Sullivan’s Steakhouse! The food was excellent, from perfectly cooked steaks to delicious sides, but what really made the evening stand out was our server, Simone. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. Her timing was spot-on, and she made great recommendations without ever being pushy. It’s clear she takes pride in providing great service. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Simone again!

   As usual,our server Nick was the best.This was the pinnacle of our experience with Nick .Not only were we treated to excellent service but the steaks were top drawer.Alisha gave us a good welcome as the entire staff continues to be very friendly.Nick showed off his comic prowess also with some funny things.A very nice experience tonight.

   Our server, Madison was great! She was bubbly and energetic. The drinks weee delicious. Especially the hibiscus cosmopolitan. Definitely recommend.

   I think his name was David. He was very nice and humorous, and made my date with my wife great. This was my very first experience with Sullivan and will come here on special occasion again

    We were celebrating our anniversary and Sullivan’s acknowledged it in multiple ways. When we were seated, there was a card on the table, which had been scattered with rose petals. That gesture set the tone for a very nice dining experience. It happened to be a Tuesday, the one day a week they offer a Chef’s Selections for Two menu. We enjoyed cocktails and ordered from that menu. Every part of our meal, from our charming, attentive server to perfectly cooked steaks, to our shared dessert, served on a plate wishing us a happy anniversary one final time, was excellent. We really appreciated all that was done to make our evening special.
