    Llegamos a tiempo a la cita, el servicio en el front desk fue excelente, una vez sentados en la mesa la atención del mesero. Fue excelente nos recomendó lo mejor del menú y créanme que fue una excelente recomendación, la comida y la entrada y que decir del vino chatana fue sobresaliente, de verdad que ha sido una experiencia increíble mi esposa y yo los recomendamos a ojos cerrados

    Si bien la atención fue buena, hubo detalles que se pueden mejorar, sobre todo en un restaurant de este estilo, con precios elevados. Por ejemplo que trajeran las dos entradas antes que el vino. Asi mismo el apuro al traer la cuenta ya que si bien habiamos comido el postre, ibamos a pedir una copa mas de vino. La comida excelente!

    The atmosphere was nice, although the lighting was low and I could barely see the menu . One of my co workers told me that my husband and I should try this restaurant that the steaks are very good! I ordered the Cajun Steak, and my husband ordered the Cowboy Steak both medium well. I was very disappointed in the Cajun Steak. It lacked seasoning and was bland. My husband’s steak was more flavorful than mine. The sides were very good as well. The waiter did have to take my steak off the bill due to him dropping it on the floor as he took it to the back to box it up. We drove from Fayetteville to see what the talk was about at Sullivan’s Steakhouse, however I do not think it was worth the drive and for a steak costing $70 to taste bland!

    There was an issue at the location today. It impacted food temperature. However the management more than made up for a minor inconvenience. Great service. Good atmosphere.

    This was our first visit and we were pleasantly impressed. The building is unassuming, but the space inside is very nice. We were celebrating a birthday and Sullivans staff went far and beyond to make it special. Adam was an awesome server. He walked us through the menu, gave us some good recommendations and was very personable.

    Pleasant folks but too few of them. The team was rushed and appeared to be just going through the motions. Kitchen out of sync - one appetizer came 10 mins ahead of another, then an entree arrived significantly undercooked (just barely rare when medium requested), while that was being fixed the side was delivered on its own a good five minute before the entree came back. Patrons were standing up at another table going out of their way to get the attention of the wait staff. All this at full top notch restaurant prices. Has been good in the past but very disappointing.

    Absolutely horrible service, period. My company had a small gathering of four last night, my business partner, his wife, and one of our GMs. The bill was about $700 for the four of us, and it was maybe worth $100. The server had no clue what he was doing, and when food took a while (over an hour for our main course after ordering), the server told us the kitchen handles the large parties first and pushes off typical customer orders. Well, we will not be back.
