    Food was excellent as always, however……reservation at 7:15, not seated until 7:30; large group of girls very loud; food took over 45 min after we ordered; shrimp was under cooked - but they took it back and replaced with fresh ones. Too bad we had these issues as we were celebrating our 45th Anniversary.

    I don’t typically write reviews unless they are good, but this time, I am making an exception. Most poor experience..bar & drink were great, but once seated, service was slow, waiter seemed irritated that we were trying to get a food order in & once i got my entree, it was tepid in temp.. cooked rare (not medium) & potato also was tepid in temp & under cooked..i can’t recall sending food back before, but last night i had to twice & the staff looked at me as if i was one of those picky customers..so, overall, not good

    For the price of the food, the service was subpar. The food was mediocre, ordered Filets cooked medium well and instead of being cooked to temp, they were burnt on the outside. We will not be going back

    Service was good. Manager very understanding. Problems in the kitchen. Orders came out late. My York Strip was ordered medium rare, but came out well done. Returned it, came back medium rare but that steak was full of grissle.

    Reception is terrible. Had to wait even with a confirmed reservation. Food ok but service bad. Dont bother. Lots of better places. Wont go back, of course.

    We ordered The lamb chops , lobster Mac cheese, steakhouse mushrooms, NY steak, banana pudding, all was great and the service was amazing

    All food served were COLD. The service was slow and not trained well. Kitchen was out of control. Never again.

    Wife and I Went on Valentine’s Day to Celebrate Love and Each other, instead ended up leaving annoyed and mad. Reserved a 7:30pm Patio Dining and we’re stuffed inside. About 10 mins later a server finally came, another 10 mins to get our 1st drinks. 20 mins to finally get an order in. Forgot to give us bread, our app came another 20 mins after ordering, around 8:45 came and server informed us our steaks have barely touched the grill. Thats almost an hour and half after arriving. He apologized and was sorry for the wait but we informed him we decided to leave, wife was utterly upset, frustrated and annoyed and was upset the whole ride home, Vday was ruined and went to bed early.

    Went out for Valentine’s Day dinner. Ordered filet and lobster ad our main dish. Filet was lukewarm and lobster was raw. Asparagus was cold. Bread came out literally ice cold, like it was frozen. For dessert we ordered bananas fosters which was also cold. Expected a really nice dinner but disappointed for what we paid.
