Fabuloso ,lugar de 5 estrellas atención formidable el mesero de nombre Victor nos atendió de lo mejor la comida de lujo Y por el precio no da dolor pagar por todo esto

The service you expect usually relates to the price point of the dining experience. At Sullivan's - which has a very high price point, especially for Little Rock - you expect a fine dining experience. My family went here for Christmas diner and the food was mostly great, but the service was simply horrible. Drink orders were not taken when we were seated. 5 people in our party, but water only provided to 4 - then a very long wait to get the final water which took a special request. Appetizers were brought to the table, but no plates were provided so we had to use the bread plates. When the entrees arrived, the sides were not served for several more minutes - all aspects of the main meal should have arrived at the table at the same time. The server disappeared for long periods. When desert was served, the spoons were just tossed in front of each diner - all pointing in different directions. My apologies for the details, but service this poor takes away from the quality food and is simply not what you expect or deserve at an establishment that costs this much. Service should be excellent and flawless. What I hoped would be a treat for our family on Christmas night was simply a miserable dining experience and not the fine dining experience you would expect from Sullivan's

Very good server, very pleasant on Christmas Day! Bar made us some yummy mocktails. Merry Christmas!

The food was outstanding!! Our server, Dalton, was amazing and very attentive. He was extremely familiar with the menu and made good recommendations for wine. You MUAT order the Wellington Beef Bites. Not to be missed.

Steak was mediocre, waited a decent bit of time for our reserved table. The booth sat so low we asked for a booster for our 10 yr old. For the mo ey, I’ve had many better steak dinners.

We have eaten at Sullivan’s a lot. By far our least favorite experience. The food was not seasoned properly and the service was lacking what you would expect for a $500 meal.

Food was ok, but not for the cost. Bake potato was served cold, steak was served and had to wait over 5 minutes for a knife. Service was very slow.

First timers. Celebrating our anniversary, host was very nice and set our table up with roses and a card. Chance was our server and he was fantastic he admitted he was new on (5th day) but he didn’t act like it- he seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Service was outstanding. Food was amazing. Cocktails were great as well. No complaints or even critiques. The GM was nice and table touched. They did offer complimentary dessert for the occasion!
