    I’m a little disappointed to say the least. The restaurant was beautiful but the food and service left a lot to be desired. The main course did not take long to arrive but both of our filets were warm (not hot) when served, almost as if they sat for some time before being served. The au gratin potatoes were also undercooked and not seasoned well. But on positive note the starters were very good. Our server also did not seem very enthused. Having been to plenty of steak houses, including Eddie V’s next door we will probably not be returning.

    Went there for a special occasion, our server was very overwhelmed when he came to the table. When ordering cocktails we were told the bar was “backed up”. After our appetizer’s were delivered, we were never checked on to ensure that our food was okay. The table was not cleared appropriately in between courses nor was the proper cutlery placed for our entrees. This type of service just doesn’t seem to be fitting for the experience you hope to have. It could have been a better night, with a more competent sever. Anyone who works in the restaurant industry knows service from the first touch of the table means everything.

    Always a good meal and experience. Ambience is great. Service is superb. Relatively speaking not that expensive for the quality of food.

    We had a party of 3, Each of us ordered the Sure Thing with the filet medium. Filet for each of us was pretty well done with one being extra crispy. Mashed potatoes were served cold and the bordelaise sauce was cold. Food runner said that was normal. Dessert was mixed up. Sullivan's was a good place to go in the KOP area in the past. Much better options in the area for a good filet and dinner.

    Used to have the best shrimp for a shrimp cocktail. Now it’s the thawed out frozen de-veined ones that taste frozen. # 1 wedge salad is now average…

    We had my 89 year old dad for dinner last night and we had zack and he was AMAZING. Very attentive and very nice. He did not rush us at all and he even went out of his way to come to the bar area after we left the dining room to thank me for our tip. Will be back and it was a great experience.
