Sullivan’s elevated steakhouse menu pulses inspiration from a variety of global cuisines, truly offering something for everyone. I love Sullivan’s at the Westin Book Cadillac because they always go out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we have the access and space we need for my wheelchair. The food is always good as are the wine list and cocktails and the steak frites is always perfect to order. The service has always been top notch making this a great place to go to again and again.

We ordered the Tomahawk Steak and asked for it to be cooked Medium. We received the Steak well done and the waiter and Manager looked at it and said yes it’s a little over cooked. A Little was an Understatement. Disappointed that nobody really cared that the most expensive item was not prepared properly.

Delicious food and great service . The steak here is one of the best steak we ever had , sea bass was done right and the drinks were great too.
