Pésima ! .... Muy desagradable, la mesera sumamente mal, ningún esfuerzo para mejorar la mala experiencia del servicio, se tardo muchísimo la comida y la mesera con las bebidas, era cumpleaños y nos querían cobrar dos pasteles cuando en todas partes hasta te regalan un pastel, horrible la actitud de la mesera y nadie esmerado en atenderte, ya no bien sino solo atendernos, todo lo contrario de verdad .... La comida siempre ha sido buena pero si siguen así con la actitud, los tiempos y el pésimo servicio seguro desaparece el restaurante como desaparecieron la sucursal de Waters Creek en Allen .... en fin pésima experiencia una lástima porque era uno de nuestros lugares favoritos !!!!

Simplemente riquísimo, cada vez q estoy cerca de McKinney se me antoja ir al sugarbacon. Todo es muy rico. Las coles de Bruselas son de las mejores q he comido. Los callos de hacha (escalopas) con risotto son maravillosos.

If you like, waiting an hour and a half for your food and a smoke filled room this is your place! Food was good, but I had to go home and wash the smoke out of all of my clothes. It seemed like they must’ve been having ventilation problems in the kitchen.

We went to Sugarbacon for an impromptu dinner out. We made a reservation but it ended up not being very busy. We were greeted by, who we think was the owner and he thanked us for coming in. The decor was kind of industrial but pleasing to the eye and the music was equally pleasing. The menu had just enough choices to not be overwhelming. Our server was super friendly and checked in with us on regular intervals. For cocktails I had the Purple Haze which was basically a blueberry vodka martini and was brought to the table with a bubble on it and when it broke smoke (haze) billowed out. We had the Sugarbacon appetizer, and entrees were scallops with lemon & dill risotto, and surf & turf with prime rib, scallops and added lobster topping. We finished the night with white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious. It was a little pricey but well worth the splurge. We will definitely be back.

Our server was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of at every step of the evening! They took very good care of me and my wife for her birthday! This is by far one of our favorite spots in McKinney!

Loved our first visit to Sugarbacon and it mostly definitely will not be our last! Food and service was outstanding!

There were several issues with our visit. First, everything was very slow. It took a long time for each course to come and we were not ordering drinks or anything special. Our server was slow as well and only checked in a few times between the long breaks in food coming out. Second, two of our four orders came out wrong. We saw our server write everything down and assume the kitchen was to blame for this in addition to the slow times. The food quality was good and everything tasted fine. Unfortunately we were completely put off by the experience to actually enjoy the food.
