Sugar Factory American Brasserie brings its high-energy atmosphere to Dover, DE. The family-friendly, celebration destination known for its over-the-top sweets & treats, the world-famous restaurant promises a memorable experience. Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, our menu features colorful dishes, as well as its signature 64 oz. goblets & larger-than-life Milkshakes.

All reservations with individuals under 21 yrs of age, must be accompanied by a legal guardian that is 21 yrs of age or older at all time during.

Mucho ruido. Comida normal precios disparados a lo alto. Mesera jamas volvio a preguntar si gustabamos de algo mas y si estaba todo bien y la comida estaba fria.

It is always a good time at Sugar factory. The food is always good quality and we enjoy the atmosphere, as they do a wonderful job celebrating birthdays, etc. The wait staff at the Sugar factory in Dover Downs, in Dover, Delaware are a wonderful team.

Our first dining experience at Sugar Factory and found a varied and very tasty selection on the luncheon menu. Waitress was so kind and professional. Was disappointed we couldn't choose from a dinner menu; however, missed dinner reservation by 1 hour. Will definitely return for dinner in the near future. Thank you Bally's.

We had great service. April was our waitress and she is the best. She is always friendly and very attentive. She is the reason we eat there. We had gotten bad service before and tried one more time and April changed our opinion of the Sugar Factory for the better.

Food was subpar. Cool looking pancakes and milkshakes but too much fluff and the actual food not that great. Asked for a goblet menu twice-never received. So we did not get goblets for our 13 year Olds birthday. Offered ice cream as treat after waiting for 20 minutes for the check. They were NOT busy at all. We didn't stay for the free ice cream. Burgers were good but careful the menu description does not match the food you get. The cheesy did not say anything about Mac and cheese on the burger. It's a cool place but service sucks way over priced and food is meh.

My daughter really enjoyed the chicken fettuccine. The dessert was yummy. The serving time is slow . They messed up her order first and had to redo . So we put our desserts order in soon as we got our food . And than waited for the check
