Welcome to Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Biloxi! We are open 7 days a week!! Walk-ins are welcome. Gluten-Free Menu is available upon request. Parties of 10 or more are considered Banquet Parties. Please make these large-party reservations by contacting us directly. At this time we highly suggest reservations at this location, due to limited seating. If you are arriving with people under the age of 21 , reservations are REQUIRED by hotel security. Manager and staff were very helpful and nice they went above and beyond. Thank you for excellent service. Manager was very energetic love the energy from her she is a joy to be around. Thank you

The servers and hostesses were amazing. The amount of people they serve in a night is ridiculous. I think the workers deserve a shout out!

Our server was great. The food was substandard. All my food was cold. The mac and cheese on my big cheesy was cold, as was the meat patty. The best part of my experience was the drink.

That was a one and done. Waited over an hour for specialty drink and 1.25 hours for the app, and roughly 1.75 for our food. In that time we saw the entire wait staff have to stop for 6 different birthdays. Not sure if our ticket was “forgotten” to be put in in all the chaos or the kitchen staff is that short staffed but it was bad. Lastly, server brought the check and did not ask if we were interested in dessert (missed upsell) and no to go cups. Very poor experience.

Wonderful Experience! This was the first time my family and I visited during dinner and we really enjoyed the show! There were several guests celebrating birthdays and one celebrating an anniversary. We loved how the staff catered and celebrated each party even playing their favorite songs. A PLUS was the Groupon deal that can be used for dinner on Friday… this is our third visit and we WILL return.

beware if you bring children they cannot enter until after you receive a text saying the table is ready. I had to leave my kids at the gate of the casino to go to the restaurant to have someone send the text. Thankfully I had my 16 y.o. with me but still it's a terrible design. The food is poor quality,over priced, very bland, and freezer burnt. Interesting experience but highly disappointing. I will not come here again.

Pretty cool place. I went for my daughter’s birthday and got her a King Kong Sundae. Service was awesome, food was good (but pricey for what it is), and the dessert was absolutely bonkers - it was REALLY good.

The Fred oysters were best I ever had and amberjack was cooked perfectly the Oreo desert was outstanding!Great recommendation from our server

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday! It was so fun because everyone throughout the whole restaurant wished her a happy birthday.
