    We had the prime rib special, but it seemed more like choice or select grade as it was difficult to cut and to chew. It was a generous 12 oz portion, and all the sides and dessert were very good.

    Once we figured out how to get into the private community, it was all uphill from there! The place is very nice and the service, drinks and food were all wonderful! The prices were also really good for the value. Could become one of out go to places!

    I had the Fish & Chips. The quality of the fish seems to have slipped over the years along with the size. The disappointing part was the French Fries. Not sure if they were the frozen type or had simply been prepared earlier and then re-heated but they were not very good. Thought that it indicated a complete lack of attention. Details matter and taking the easy way is not the right way with food. Our server was terrific and we were asked if everything was ok which demonstrated a level of concern but I chose not to make an issue at the time.

    We had another wonderful night at Stone & Barrel Tap House & Grill in Oakwood Country Club. We had a very nice server, Katlin, that took good care of all our needs. The special Pork Loin dinner I had was done to perfection. The Harry McGraw band had the place rocking all night long.
