Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....

Gorgeous food, staff were so lovely & attentive. Food was lovely and hot, we all cleaned our plates. 10/10 experience and would absolutely dine here again.

What a fabulous restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. It was very reasonable and all the staff were so helpful and friendly!!

As usual, the food was fab and the service was great. We love visiting Stockhouse and would highly recommend a visit here for some lovely food and a great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience again tonight at the stock house. It was a very special occasion for our family and the staff were just amazing. The food is wonderful. We had a wide mix over 3 courses. We wee 2 adults and 2 kids. We will be back again.

Courses rushed out. Steak over cooked when asked for rare. 2 courses in less than 40 mins. Usually love the service but disappointing tonight.

It exudes the charm of an old American steakhouse, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner, sharing a meal with family, catching up with friends, or dining solo, there’s a perfect spot for everyone. I’m still savoring the magical evening I spent there—it was truly an unforgettable experience.

fantastic food and service. great value for money staff so friendly. i needed to book a taxi but i couldnt with my own phone. the younger guy doing waiter let me use his personal phone. cant wait to go back next time i visit trim
