Our new year set menu for one - 'Stick To What You Love' is only available in January 12pm - 6pm. Here, it's all about the sticks from the grill, miso soup and rice - hot and comforting. After all, we're a sushi restaurant even for those who don't like fish. Choose the Sticks Menu for a winter warmer (£19.50) Miso Soup STICKS (x5) -Shake Teriyaki -Tsukune Chilli -Ramu Niku -Shishito Yaki -Momo Nanban Rice (With Crunchy chilli, teriyaki, or chilli dip) OR, Dive into the Sea Menu for a lighter lunch (£19.50) Miso Soup Grilled Edamame Seaweed Salad Rice Paper Shake Available every day throughout January from 12pm-6pm. Always a great experience. Went for my husband’s birthday and they surprised him with a little pudding and candle at the end and on the house.

Love this place. The attention to detail is superb and my friend was very impressed- this being their first visit. Loved the special cocktail (non-alcoholic) - great to have this choice. Food was excellent- service fabulous- ambience busy - prices good. Will return asap!

Food was fabulous and tasted so fresh - we especially loved the shake sashimi and the dipping sauce, as well as the mushroom croquettes; soft and melty in the middle with so much flavour. The sticks were also pretty good - we had the chicken teriyaki meatballs, and some sushi as well. Service was attentive yet brusque, but we were sadly seated at the front of the restaurant and had a cold draft from the door as well as servers/diners walking into our chairs.

It was so dark at our table that we could scarcely see the menu. You need to do something about that. Otherwise food and service were good.

Very, very, very noisy. Loud music. People shouting. Lost my voice. Very dark place, people had to use their mobile phones to look at the menu. Food wad good, slightly on a more expensive side, but that's prime location. Service was slow, people people were nice.
