I’ve been to this branch on a number of occasions however on this visit the food was extremely disappointing. Food arrived cold , we ordered multiple dishes and found this was consistent across the board. Staff were lovely and attentive which was great but the food on this visit really let down the entire experience and special occasion we came out to celebrate.

It was a very enjoyable evening with delicious Valentine menu. There was plenty of food and the four of us all found something we particularly favoured. It was busy which made for a pleasant atmosphere and not too loud.

Service and quality food top. Busy restaurant , however food service went quick and well. Staff are very attentive. Definitely i will come back. Gyoza and beef tataki are delicious , highly recommended. Thank you for the experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Stick'n'Sushi Canary Warf. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I especially appreciated that the waiter went out of their way to make the cocktail I wanted, even though it was no longer on the menu. This level of service truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!

The tables were extremely near to the other client table. The place is quite loud and crowded. They first did not provide us with towels to clean our hands, but they did for other clients. Some of the meal was cold, and there was no soy sauce in the broccoli. The waitress that served us was extremely courteous and pleasant. But the man who was sitting people in told us and pushed us to leave, quite rudely telling us we had to leave the table; he came a few times, and we wanted to use the lavatory, which was crowded, so it took a while. It obviously took a long time because we had to wait for them to bring the broccoli, as the previous batch was really chilly. Also, when we arrived, we asked for a lower table because we were with an elderly person, and they gave us a very unpleasant response that we already had one because we had booked it. We forgot to collect the app points because they pushed us to leave and we had to go in a hurry. It's a shame because we enjoy the restaurant and the food at other restaurants in Kingston, Wimbledon, and Covent Garden. They don't care about customers because they will constantly come in. So they don't care if they're treated nicely or with respect. We will not come back again to this location.
