We eat regular at S&S. Chelsea venue much better. Extremely disappointed. Especially from the terrible service.

The food was impeccable and delicious with stunning flavours. I loved the décor and the space was beautifully designed. We also got a given cute mini dessert as it was my partner's birthday. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if it's a special occasion.

We went for a family dinner. Restaurant is nice and warm. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food was also very good...so good that we order some extra dishes. Highly recommended

Its a new branch and needs some improvements overall especially the customer service - constantly waiting for our food/ drinks and looking around for someone to attend us despite seeing numerous members of staff wondering around none seems to know what to do…food is good but better in other branches

Stick n Sushi is what it is? The food was good as per usual but the waiter that served us needs to be re-trained. We were kept waiting at our table for almost 30 minutes before we were even approached. Similarly a couple sat on the table next to us, were also not happy with the service they received and were venting their frustration to me and my wife. During the meal we were not approached by our waiter or asked if the food was ok and if everything was alright. After the meal my wife ordered a drink which took ages. We could not wait any longer and decided to settle the bill. After which the drink arrived when we were leaving.

We had previously been to Sticks'n'Sushi in Copenhagen and were looking forward to seeing how the UK compared. The food was amazing! Very well presented and tasty. We ordered the set meal 'As Good As It Gets' and we were very impressed. We had 'Perfect Day' previously and this equalled that meal. All the servers were clearly rushed off their feet and this meant that they were not attentive where they should have been. We weren't asked if we wanted more drinks (we had to somehow get someone's attention). Our food was presented in 3 batches, and we could not quite determine what the server was saying each dish was so it would have been very handy to keep the menu to hand so we could work out what dish was which. The empty plates etc were left on the table long after they should have been cleared away. We wanted desserts so had to ask for the menu and they gave us the main menu at that point, which didn't have desserts on it! We got the attention of a server (not our allocated one) who supposedly took our dessert order but then 5 minutes later our allocated server came over to ask what we wanted! We are not happy this server pretended to take the order but didn't input it and just told our server to find out what we wanted. Other than this we very much enjoyed the experience. We particularly loved the black cod sticks and the crab croquettes.
