   Great food. Cool vibe and atmosphere. A little pricey and service was incredibly slow + inattentive at times. Note; the restaurant wasn't super busy so server could not have been overwhelmed. He also failed to tell us they were out of some side dish items until our meal was being served. They just didn't show up and he then said oh; I sold my last two earlier. Reiterate thought that the meal was delicious ands portions are ample.

   Live music, great atmosphere & service, and the food is the best part!!! This place is a definite must, you will not be disappointed.

   Our reservation / table was 20 minutes late The Server didn’t come to our table to ask if we wanted anything to drink for 20 minutes then the Appetizers came before our drinks but we were starving as now it was 45 minutes after our reservation we chewed the appetizers with dry mouths with nothing to drink . The server didn’t mention his name . It was just abominable and very expensive. Do not waste your time or money .

   My husband and I are from KC and wanted a good steak after skiing and found Sterling Steak & Lounge on yelp and decided to try it. It exceeded our expectations. I had the Tenderloin Lasagna and it was amazing. My husband had the Ribeye and it was excellent. All the employees were attentive and friendly and our waitress, Chayane was top notch! There was live music - Tim, he sang everything from Sinatra to Johnny Cash. We will definitely come back next year!

   Loved the atmosphere and while the staff were all very friendly, I hate going to high quality places where they auction off food. if we are paying 50.00 + for a piece of meat that doesn’t include sides, please make sure the food runners know who ordered what. That’s just a personal thing for me. All the steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was very bland though. Other than that, I would totally go back.

   We had great service for our family of 5. My boys loved the French onion soup and the sour dough bread with Brie as an appetizer. My ribeye had excellent flavor. We will want to go back on return trips even though it’s a little more of a drive, 15-20min, from the ski resort.

   Honestly and sorry to say I was completely disappointed in the Ribeye steak. Pretty much no seasoning. I would have been better off just going to Texas Roadhouse, which I have had much better Ribeye at a fourth of the price. Not sure how a Steakhouse like Sterlings stays in business if they can’t cook a decent steak??? The only thing good about my experience was the salad, lobster bisque soup and the Brussels sprouts. I would just stick to Texas Roadhouse where I have been dozens of times and have always got a decent steak. Just my opinion but I have eaten a lot of steak in my life and won’t waste my money here again. They didn’t even give me a steak knife.

   Great surprise! Delicious dinner with our friends, great vibe with live music and big roaring fireplace. Good cocktail and wine selections. Overall 4 star as one order was done incorrectly and rushed to correct which put a damper on dinner. Still worth another visit when in PC again.

    Steaks were NOT what I was expecting. Filet was slightly overcooked, porterhouse and ribeye were cooked opposite of what was ordered. $450 dinner you expect everything to be right. Sides were very good, lobster 🦞 mashed was amazing, as well the roasted corn, delicious!! Finally, my wife’s butterfly’d well done (yuk) filet was perfect!! For HER. We will come back, and over all recommend, just make sure your food is cooked as ordered.
