Michelin-trained chef Edward Boarland along with business partner Dee Reid have launched a new concept restaurant, wine bar and florist at 12 Bow Lane in London, called Stem and Stem.

The concept of Stem + Stem champions British produce, both in the kitchen and the
florist, where possible sourcing as many local ingredients and products from South
East Farmers who advocate sustainability so they can bring the best product to the
table for their guests.

Guests should expect a dynamic menu at Stem + Stem, which changes more than
seasonally. Ed often seeks inspiration from everyday life transporting this straight to
the kitchen with new menu additions every few weeks.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a seasonal lunch at Stem + Stem, where flowers and food come together in a truly unique setting. Our restaurant - florist is tucked away down the picturesque Bow Lane in the City of London, one of the oldest surviving lanes in the City and just a stone’s throw from that iconic view of St Paul’s. Our dining room looks out onto the foot of the beautiful Christopher Wren church "St Mary Aldermary" and is adorned with an array of plants and of course flowers, making Stem + Stem a truly special setting for Mother’s Day. Enjoy two courses for £45, with additional courses and extras available on the day should you be feeling hungry.

charming Restaurant nicely embeded flowers throughout the staff work very hard to please and the food is very good highly recomend oh the flowers are beutifull by the way top marks

The food was outstanding. Incredible dishes with lovely flavours. The service was impeccable and the setting is delightful, lots of beautiful flowers! Will definitely be back

Great service, very welcoming. The wines whilst a little more than one normally pays, they are amazing. Worth the extra. The food is delicious. A simple menu, but just so effective. The cooking is exceptional. This is a little gem and is a special place

Enjoyed an impromptu dinner at this lovely restaurant/flower shop. Comes across as unassuming but food is simply delicious. The chef puts out amazing dishes that have wonderful depth of flavour but are approachable and so satisfying. The staff was wonderful to provide a fine dining experience but in a comfortable. I can’t wait to go back.

I know it’s a wine place but one of us wasn’t a big wine drinker and the selection for them was very very small. Would be nice to have a few more options for people in the party who aren’t big on wine.

Lovely restaurant and flowers were stunning. Good atmosphere. Food was lovely. A touch expensive but good for special occasions. Only down side - the tables are a little close
