Our experience was very good. From the moment you walk in there is no question that it is an extremely unique space. From the lighting to the decor, everything was stunning. I’m happy to say the food matched the ambience. We loved the dishes we ordered. Everything was fresh, flavorful and delightful. The service was amazing as well. Very excited to go back in the summer and enjoy the rooftop patio.

Underwhelming. We asked to be sat at the counter table, I wanted to see the kitchen, but we were denied this seating. Luckily 2 bar seats were open, we need high seating due to a back injury my husband has. Overly animated bar tending service. Food was decent. Noise level extremely high. Slightly confused on the uniform servers wear and the host in the lobby was unfriendly. The hotel is beautiful and I’m sure the patio on the 13th amazing in the summer. I’m sure we will return and try it again as some point.

Top notch delicious food. Ridiculously amazing views and phenomenal service. It’s a new place so I hope they keep it up.

We , a party of 6 , went to SJ for a dinner. I was charged 27 $ for my valet parking while I was told it’s only 13 because I was in the restaurant for over 3 hours !! It was 3 hours and 2 minutes. Should have been honest !!

My family and I chose Stellar Jay to celebrate my 80th birthday. Excellent choice, It was suggested we try several menu items, then share them family style. This was a good choice. We loved everything,

Just reserve and go. It’s only a hidden gem if you don’t go looking. Get curious out of the car entering this most magical property taking its aspen roots revitalizing a long withered pocket of Denver’s beautiful downtown capital hill area.

This is one of the few rooftop restaurants in Denver. They have open flame grill with multiple meat selections including bison/venison skewers and rainbow trout. I started with a grilled slightly charred large raddichio salad for $17. Next was roasted quail. I got 2 meaty pieces. I added a side of roasted sweet potatoes which complemented my game entree. I got a large baked alaska for dessert served in a goblet with shortbread on bottom, then a layer of ice cream and topped with meringue. I had a Italian prosecco with my baked alaska. A wonderful experience. I will be back to try other dishes. Can't wait for warmer weather to dine on the outdoor patio with a view of the State Capitol.
