                                                                                          The food could improve. It's not as flavorful as most places I have eaten l, the chicken was dry and the steak the other person had was not a good cut.

                                                                                          We all ordered steaks medium and they were still blue in center so rare! Asparagus was also hard as a rock barely cooked. Drinks were good

                                                                                          We made reservations for valentines day. We were placed right beside the door to the bar and kitchen and bathroom while half the resteraunt was empty, at a table with no place to put your jacket or purse but a hook under the table where my coat would have been hitting the floor. Our table had 4 stools at it but they took 2 of them and placed a separate table 4 inches from ours and sat another couple there . Us and the other customers became extremly uncomfortable as we were basically sitting in eachothers laps ... keep in mind most of the table were empty and cleared. The noise was so loud I had to yell across the 2 foot table to be heard. By my partner but then felt rude because the couple beside us had no choice but to be in our conversations and vice versa. We were rushed as well. Reservations were for 5 and it was supposed to be 4 course meal, we were in and out the door within 1 hour and that's even after waiting for the half slice of cheese cake they give you to share for 15 minutes after we had already paid the bill. The restraunts wait staff were all dressed in casual clothing, with no name tags so you really couldnt tell who even worked there or not. while we were paying I watched management clapping with glee that we were leaving as they needed our table for a larger group. Never again will we go to this establishment. Absolutely terrible experience.

                                                                                          We were very disappointed in our dinner this evening. Normally we enjoy state and main but this evening we left wishing we had went elsewhere. I had booked for my spouses birthday and asked for a low table. We were given a high table with stools with no backs. Not very comfortable especially for children. Our server was not attentive. We ordered our food and half of the food came out at different times and my meal must have been forgotten about. Only mains were ordered. I asked about it 3 times and by the time I got my meal the rest of our table had finished. No apology from our server. This is unacceptable. No compensation. The only one who checked on my food was another server who later brought it for me who was friendly. The food tasted good for the most part but to be honest it didn’t make up for the poor service. I still feel very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend our particular server at all. It seemed like she just hoped I’d forget I ordered a meal and was inexperienced. This hasn’t been my usual experience there but tonight left a lot to be desired. I won’t be returning anytime soon with service like that.

                                                                                          We had the bison burgers. They were a bit over cooked. My accompanying salad was delicious and I recommend the Old Fashioned as a cocktail: it was very good. It was a hockey night so it was quite loud and it took awhile for a server to notice us once we sat down.

                                                                                          The service was terrible no one noticed and it took us to wave someone down have multiple failed attempts. It happened to be the manager who was very apologetic and helped us the rest of the night, but it was not a good start. Our food was ok, we had lettuce wraps , very very peanuty almost just like a paste, and my main was bland I had their tuna poke bowl. Husband had their crispy chicken sandwich and he enjoyed his.
