Las entradas estuvieron bastante bien, el plato principal (la carne principalmente, rib eye) totalmente fuera de punto, mal cocida. Parecía del día anterior o días anteriores. Desproporcionado el precio con lo que ofrecen.

The experience was very disappointing. Opentable agreed a reservation date and time the one thing they overlooked was that the restaurant was CLOSED for the season. Very disappointing

Unfortunately we were not able to have dinner at Stark’s Alpine Grill due to the restaurant being closed. I read a past review that had a similar experience. That being said, OpenTable should update this and make sure they close off the times if it is not open. I also suggest those that make a reservation double check with the hotel receptionist to see if it’s open or not. We were able to go to the restaurant for breakfast and were very happy with how our food came out.

The food, beverages, and service were really good. Probably the best one we’ve had during our stay in Snowmass.

Ambiance not great. We were seated under a super bright light that was blinding. Took forever to get drinks and food even though there was only one other table at the time. Tuna tartare was bland. The carrot puree with the steak had good flavor, but who wants their filet covered in carrot puree. Would be better to the side or at the very least the steak on top. Wouldn’t return.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and connecting with friends that we haven't seen in a while. Food and service was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing as well and not extremely noisy.

Restaurant was empty, appetizers took over 45 minutes. Crab cakes were good, baked brie needed work. Salmon was cooked well and overall presentation was good.
