The Concourse level, home to our Tasting Room & Experiences, features exclusive coffee experiences that can't be found anywhere else only found at Starbucks Reserve®, including guided tasting experiences at our, hands-on Workshop classes, and signature flights and small bites.

I would not recommend the "Coffee Lab: A Journey of the Senses" experience. It was expensive to essentially have 1 cup of coffee with someone who was not knowledgeable, did not know the proper brewing technique, it was not interactive, and felt like a tourist trap. I was expecting way more and unfortunately this was the worst part of my trip to NYC.

We had so much fun! The martinis were delicious, and we learned so much! Jeremy was awesome to work with, and we cannot recommend the experience enough! Thanks!

It was absolutely amazing and milia was the best. We had a ton of fun. I have years of espresso martini making bartending experience and my partner has no experience, yet we both got a ton out of the class. They were so kind and we felt treated like royalty, 10/10 service

This experience was really fun. We had a private session. Clay was lovely! We made one espresso martini and then learned about different variations/got to sample. The food pairings were yummy. Overall, it was a little overpriced for how much you actually get to do for making the drinks but we had a lovely time. They let us stay and hang out even after our class was over.

Bobby was the Best. So knowledgeable so engaging so fun. Just because of him I would bring a crowd. The drinks were fabulous and so was the cinnamon bun and olive bread. So sociable so adorable. Plus I had my service dog with me

Clay and Jordan were absolutely amazing! It was such a fun time. Making drinks. Making memories. Having fun! The whole thing. I would do it again just to see these 2 again.

Great fun and exceptional service! Angela was informed, wonderfully knowledgeable and fun! Would definitely return for another visit! Highly recommend this for all coffee lovers!

We did this experience as a family of four. Our teenage girls (and us!) loved it. It was great to learn so much about coffee, Starbucks and to not only taste different kinds but also have a chance to experiment! Thanks so much to Betty and Lauren who made it lots of fun too!
