Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

The service was awesome, the food amazing flavor. The portions are much smaller than expected! Overall great experience!

Gone are the good ol days. I was looking forward to coming back since the Lahaina fires. I'm sad to say I was disappointed in the quality of food. Of course the pricing has doubled which is inevitable. Only saving grace was the pork buns.

Great spot along the water in Lahaina. Delicious, innovative cuisine with modern casual ambiance. Wish they took reservations before 8pm! Looking forward to returning.

Amazing as always!! Our first dinner since the new location opened. It was beautiful! The staff was incredible and our server was the best. Everything we got was delicious, pork buns, garlic noodles, miso butterfish, dim sum. Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our meal! It was our first time eating here and it was fantastic. My favorite item we ordered was the Vietnamese crepe! Outstanding! Our server Charity is great! We will definitely be back!

Every time we’ve been here we’ve had 5 star service and excellent food. Lots of gluten free options also, even for celiacs. It’s the one restaurant we come back to first every time we’re in Maui!
