Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

    We ate dinner at Star Noodle six times during our three-week trip to Maui. Loved each visit. The food was great, and our server, Andy, was fabulous. Accommodation of my wife's food allergies (gluten, soy, dairy, eggs) was exceptional. Can hardly wait for next year!

    Our waitress Robin was the best ever!!! The tempera shrimp was the bomb.

    Service was excellent, and the food was excellent. You can choose a number of plates to share depending on how hungry you are and what your budget is. The vibe is trendy and upscale. The pork steamed buns and the "bacon and eggs" was amazing. I personally didn't care for the Lahaina Fried Soup - the Fatt Chow Fun noodles were so thick they were more like dumplings, which I'm not a fan of. But we still really enjoyed our evening here. Reservations are a must.

    Ordered pad Thai. Both pad Thais were a bit different from the other. The flavours were not the same. Both tasted very good. Just different which was odd. Not consistent. Offered the Garlic noodles as well. Returned them because they were just a little too dry.

    But pricey for portions and taste… lovely waitstaff and casual vibe. Pork buns were very good, the shrimp tempura was a bit over breaded and soggy and my garlic noodles were lackluster. The Thai chicken skewers were SO dry! Malasadas were tasty just small.

    Amazing experience! So many good choices. My husband and I’s favorites are eggplant appetizer, and butterfish! Adobo ribs are delicious, of course the star garlic noodle is definitely the signature. Only suggestion for the restaurant is I wish they could use a scissor to cut into the noddles somewhat when serving it so people can easily separate and share. This is definitely a must visit in Maui.

    Very good, however, we visited star noodle a couple of years ago and the food was of greater quality, especially the bar buns. The buns were not as fluffy as previous and the pork was rather dry. The other dishes were very good, but again I don’t believe they were quite up to par. Saying all of that, I would still return.
