   It is so delightful to have a restaurant like Spears in Cranberry. They truly are a top level steakhouse, offering all levels of steak products from prime fillets to Wagyu. The rest of the menu is of the same quality, offering fish, lamb, pork and wonderful sides. The service was excellent. Tanner was our waiter and he made our evening delightful. Everything from the tablecloth to the silverware to even the restroom is point on. Thanks for being in Cranberry

   We went to Speer's Steakhouse in Mars for our anniversary and it was one of the best, most LIFE CHANGING meals I've ever had in my life. Everything is made in-house, from scratch. The gorgonzola dressing on the salad was the best dressing I've ever had in my life and the Seabass was top-notch. Colleen and Kinsley our servers were also 5 stars. Amy the manager was so warm and kind, this is absolutely our new spot.

   Food was good overall - not exceptional - we were disappointed with service - long waits and table next to us was in and out. I really don’t like it when entrees come while eating salad. We waited a long time for salad then everything came shortly after. Waited forever for dessert menu and had to ask for water refills - not something we’ve experienced at higher end steakhouses before.

   Bar service was horrible. Bartender didn’t even look our direction for 10 mins and were understaffed. He was also “put off” when asked for a drink. Dinner was OK not special for the price. Would try it one more time but overall not worth the price.

   We always look forward to going to Speers as the excellent food quality, service, and ambience is what we consistently experience. The shrimp cocktail, lobster mac, and filet is always outstanding.

   Having read some of the mixed reviews, was a little concerned but we had to give this local higher end restaurant a try. It was fantastic. Attentive but unobtrusive waiter (Tanner) did a great job. Food was excellent and cooked to order. Was surprised how reasonably priced the alcoholic beverages were. Will definitely return.

    The service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get water, 25 to get drink orders in, 50 to get our salads, and 65 to get our entrees. They were out of the two appetizers we ordered and the French onion soup was so salty we had to send it back. It was comped. Wanted to like it since it’s so close to us but won’t be returning, very slow service. Need to get rid of the table side salad thing we saw at other tables- they do not have the staffing currently to support that.
