    Had reservations for 8. We had to wait until 830 to be seated in a crowded entry. Got to table and service was slow. Never given bread until we ask. Didn’t get food until 945. Never got water refilled. Waiter couldn’t open bottle of wine. Had to go have the bartender help. He poured us a sample. After we said it was great he walked away handing us our bottle to fill our glasses.

    We had a great table with the great views. Always good service and food! It is our favorite restaurant!

    Excellent evening dinner with friends for Valentine Day. Our table hostess was very good, & our food was great. The check-in customer service ladies can have more training in greeting and acknowledging customers entering!

    Becca was our waitress, and she was fantastic. The food, drink atmosphere were the best! Great energy, beautiful people!

    Restaurant prices are expensive for what you get… a too casual & fairly noisy atmosphere rather than a nicer, quieter atmosphere with more ambiance which someone would normally expect to get with a $200/couple dinner.

    Tried Sparks Water Bar for the first time this week! Delicious food & great service! Had a nice evening. Great ambiance. Will definitely be back. The crab cakes, fish special, and mocha ice cream cake are definitely a reason to return!

    The Water Bar is one of our favorite places to dine. We highly recommend the Spanish Seafood Tagliarini, it is delicious. They make the best dirty martini and I would be remiss not to mention the breadsticks, yum. Our server, Thomas, was the best. Thomas, thank you for helping make my hubbys 64th birthday a night to remember!
