A celebration of daily caught Toyama-Bay’s seafood with the pairing of special sake -- highlights include up to twelve different sushi prepared with super fresh “Neta” varieties towards the end of the course.

We had a wonderful meal at Soto. The food was some of the best we had throughout Japan, the service was excellent, and Chef Soto and his wife made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend.

It was quite fantastic experience for us. I'm sorry to say that I've never expect to find such good chef's skill restaurant in Toyama. Since Toyama focusing more about ingredients but the skill. The chef, Mr.Kosugi, is extremely skilled in preparing Toyama's fine fish. Especially by Japanese sake pairing, you will find new Japanese sake world which never enjoyed before. Highly recommended.

The sake pairing was amazing. Each dish and drink complimented each other. The variety of fish was pleasantly presented on fun plates. The chef is superb!

Excellent food. Numbers of brand of Sake were served with perfect matching to the dishes. The meal time became very special at that night. Like to visit again with my wife!
