   Food was lovely, staff very friendly, slightly on the more expensive side but it's a small independent vegan restaurant so is to be expected, and definitely felt like it was worth the money

   Had a lovely dinner with a friend the other day at this small neighbourhood Italian Restaurant. The interior is bright and welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. I had Paccheri con Crema di Noci I followed by Crostata Nocciole Arancia (heated😋) and my friend had Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi e Funghi followed by a Sorbet. The space is intimate and they don’t currently have a license to sell alcohol, so it’s BYOB, unless you are happy with soft drinks. Certainly hope to be back again soon. ,

   A Hidden Gem Serving Incredible Vegan Roman Cuisine – Sora Lella Sora Lella is an absolute treasure, a warm and inviting mother-daughter-run restaurant that delivers an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were met with friendly smiles, a casual yet cozy atmosphere, and a clear passion for authentic Roman cuisine. For the main course, we both enjoyed the carbonara, which was nothing short of perfection. The portion size was generous, but every bite was so delicious that we happily devoured it. The homemade bacon added a deep, smoky richness, while the sauce was luxuriously creamy, peppery, and indulgent. The rocket salad, served in a very generous portion, was the perfect fresh, peppery counterpoint to the richness of the pasta. And then there was the garlic bread—possibly the best we've ever had. Warm, crisp on the outside, and soft inside, it was packed with bold garlic flavor and impossible to resist. What truly amazed us was that every dish was entirely vegan. The flavors, textures, and depth of the food were so spot-on that we were genuinely shocked—it felt like a masterclass in plant-based Italian cooking. We brought our own bottle of wine and were more than happy to pay the reasonable £5 corking fee. The service throughout our meal was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The setting was relaxed and casual, and the facilities were spotless, showing the same level of care and attention that went into every detail of the restaurant. Authenticity radiates from every aspect of Sora Lella, from the thoughtful preparation of the food to the welcoming atmosphere. The prices were more than fair for the quality and portion sizes, and we were delighted to leave a well-earned service charge. We will absolutely be returning in the near future. Sora Lella is a rare find—a place where tradition, passion, and outstanding vegan food come together to create something truly special.

   I made a booking after searching social media and I'm happy to say our experience was even better than we had hoped. The food was fantastic, the service was warm and friendly and we would recommend a visit to vegans and curious non vegans. Thank you.

   We absolutely loved this little place. It’s tiny, charming and intimate; perfect for a table for 2. The members of staff were so personable and made us feel so welcome. The food is delicious so much so that I had to double check the menu as to whether it was actually vegan or not. It’s by far the most flavoursome italian vegan food I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Sora Lella for a fantastic experience.

    It was very cold, we'd eaten the night before in another restaurant which was very well heated. I'm not sure there was any heating here. Text arrived just before meal to say there was no alcohol - forwarded to group but they'd already left for restaurant.,. Daughter went to nearby store to buy winesand we paid corkage as per text Staff member was very pleasant, only one member on duty that we could see. Focaccia w rosemary starter to share was v brittle. Overcooked. Mains were fine, my pasta was delicious. Tiramisu was v watery. Expensive for what we ate. Disappointing overall (left a 5 star review for previous eve- they seemed to get it just right.) Lots to improve on here I feel.
