Excellent service; lobster bisque was delicious. Disappointed in the steak frites—the cut of beef was meager and a bit overcooked. My dinner guest loved her osso buco. Chocolate brown butter cake was a scrumptious finishing touch. Felt a bit rushed at the end paying our bill in time to get to the orchestra performance. Great restaurant to go to before the show—so convenient.

Food was not worth the high price. Server was trying but overwhelmed. Convenient to the Orchestra. Coffee was bad.

Definitely was disappointed at recent dinner here. Not sure if it’s related to the restaurants decision to only open restaurant on evenings when MaHaffey has a show, but our outing was definitely a step backwards. Most if not all of the waiters and waitresses were young kids with little to no experience. Food was just ok, which, when you are paying top dollar is simply not good enough. Ambience was still very nice at this restaurant, but overall very disappointing.

First time experience with our family of 5 for dinner and a show. Location: it doesn’t get much better, conveniently within the Mahaffey allowing guests to park once for FREE and in close proximity to walk to dinner and a show. Comfortable space with beautiful water views and bonus of nearby airport to watch the planes glide in… Now to the main stage where they offered creative cocktails and a wine list that was ordinary and limited and would be benefit with addition of more styles. The overall menu touched all bases and excited our family of carnivores and pescatarians alike and with some refinements would align with the excellent location and service. The star of the show was the deviled egg app prepared with a twist & we woke up the day after wanting more for breakfast. Normally we wouldn’t buy a bread basket but we were enticed by the whipped honey accompaniment and consider it was $6 well spent! We had 2 different salads, both true entree size, fresh and plentiful. The short rib and osso bucco were tender and also plentiful but the sauce on the osso bucco warrants some attention. It was like a mole and didn’t quite hit the mark. The lobster bisque was a big disappointment. It resembled a brown shrimp sauce NOLA style and was overly sweet with explanation being the sherry addition. If tasting blindfolded, I would not be able to identity it as lobster bisque so they should do a better job explaining that to guests or adjust their recipe. Our server was more than willing to adjust for us. We had no room for desert but next time I am saving room for the boozy Milky Way martini. They do offer cocktails to go, and while we didn’t partake we were somewhat surprised and disappointed to be stopped by security who would not allow us to enter the theatre with our restaurant to go package. The star of the show was our server Paris. She was impeccable and provided excellent service.

Our server Amanda was fantastic - - there was some kind of communication mix up with the food runners - - our entrees came out before our soup/salads came out — then about 2 minutes after the entrees came the food runners comes with the soup/salads and said haha I got distracted!! Not ideal. Food was great, too bad about the timing!
