Always enjoy our visits to Softleys We eat there regularly. Food always excellent. Friendly atmosphere with excellent attention and friendliness from staff. Highly recommended.

It was like stepping into your grandmas living room. It was very sweet but maybe could do with a good tidy and a bit of modernising. The important bits……..food great, nice wine and attentive staff. It’s a bit far for us but will definitely go back!

Pleased that the brunch/lunch menu extended to 2pm - perfect if you want a lighter lunch.

First visit following several recommendations. Surprise Sunday lunch for my husbands birthday. Did not disappoint thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend and we will be returning again hopefully for the Sunday Brunch next time!

We had a nice Sunday lunch for my husbands 70th birthday. Although they were busy service was good. Bit disappointed with no roast potatoes or gravy for vegetarian and vegan option. Others said roast beef was tough and roast potatoes tasted like they had been cooked and then reheated in microwave but cannot comment as we didn't have any. Vegan brownie was delicious and best we have tasted.

Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, always feel looked after at Softleys. It is our favourite place to eat.
