Decent restaurant in a nice location. We had the burger and the smoked chicken salad. The chicken wasn't really smoked and the salad was just so so. The burger was good. Service was very slow but the wait staff was nice.

Had a light dinner and cocktails before a show at the Auditorium Theater. Food and cocktails were great. The manager came over to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Server was super nice and gave us recommendations for after hours. The atmosphere was very "homey" - felt like a neighborhood gem. Not a lively place (which was great for us), but very relaxed and modern. Nice bar area. Good lighting. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent weekend brunch spot! Food was yummy, and there was nothing we didn’t like. Waitress Megan from Ireland was fantastic, attentive, and we had a fun chat. The manager was welcoming and a bright personality in the place. More people need to find and experience this great place.

Server unattentive. Music loud. Out of the food ordered and was not communicated to server. Great food.

I ordered steak and eggs, and my daughter and her fiance split a chicken chorizo flatbread. Drinks, food, everything was great. Even more outstanding was our server (Jess, according to the receipt). Friendliest, most on-the-ball server ever. In addition, when we left and were walking toward our next stop, I realized after about a block and a half that I had left my reading glasses at the restaurant. Just as I turned around to go back and get them, there was Jess with my glasses. She had run to catch us to return my glasses. So outstanding. Definitely would recommend Sociale.

I thought about sharing the details of our visit but will just sum it up to say overall not a good experience from Service to food to atmosphere if you’re looking for someplace to eat in the south loop try a different location.

It was a very warm day, we were seated indoors not too far from the bar, next to a window area. It was really warm where we were sitting. We were all sweating and uncomfortable. They should do something about the flies.
