   We arrived before our reservation at 645pm. We had a very friendly greeting and were seated promptly. We ordered drinks and appetizers and they came pretty quickly. We ordered our food and it took forever. People who came after us got their food and left before we even got our dinner. Our food came at 815pm and I had to ask for a new pretzel bun for my daughters pulled pork sandwich because she could not even pick it up it was so soagy. My husband I got fish and it was ok. We had never been here and were really looking forward to it as it is close to our home. Still deciding if we will get another try as we were so disappointed.

   The service was outstanding!! The perch sandwich was extremely excellent!! Great experience!!

   The steak sandwich was great .fries great bbq beans good baby potatoes good .bbg ribs and brisket were ok felt like they were smoked too long I brisket was shredded and burnt in a couple spots.waitress was awesome very attentive .went in the evening could be why is was smoky and burnt.definitely would go back for steak sandwich and try a couple other items

   The entire Staff was welcoming. Bar & Server were on point with drink and food recommendations. Server was very attentive throughout the meal. Food was great!

   We eat here several times each year and have never had a bad meal. Their focus is on smoked meats, but they offer many other choices as well. We made our choices from their Valentines menu which were all very tasty. What stood out this time was having interactions with the owner, the manager, and the chef, who all stopped at our table and engaged in conversation at various times during our stay. A draw in the nicer months are the beautiful lake view and the availability of patio seating.

   This was advertised as a Valentines dinner with live music. There was no live music. It was loud and people were crammed together. The server was amazing. The food was sub par and they added costs on that were not mentioned in the menu or by server. The piece was extremely high for the level of food that was served and false advertising on the live music, making for terrible ambience.

   We each order the Valentines special. We had a tall table for two, which does not allow for much table top space. The salad arrive before the appetizer, and both delivered to our table with in a couple minute of each other. We barely had started our salad and the main course arrived before we had finished either the salad or app. The girls who delivered the main course just stood there and waited while we tried to make space to set the plates down. My wife had the steak which was done medium rare like she ordered, but the potatoes and veggies were not even warm. I ordered the chicken which was overdone and dry and my pasta and veggies were also cold. We had been there previously and eat an appetizer, which was very good. Will not be going back for a special meal offering. Table setting could of been bit more appropriate of a Valentine special event with cloth napkins and maybe a candle or flower.

    Went for Valentines Day - the special food & drink menus were great - the food was amazing and the Smoked Old Fashions are perfect! Can’t wait to go back!
