Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

    the cutest burger restaurant I have ever been to. food was AMAZING!! staff was so nice. my friend and I cannot stop talking about how we would train back in from London just to eat here again

    Delicious!!! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Whilst no official children’s menu, they do a simple burger and fries for the little one (costing £8 which was great value). High chairs available and very family friendly! Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back again soon!

    This was the first tone of visiting. Both of us found the staff friendly and helpful as one guest was gluten free. Food was lovely and drinks reasonably priced

    This place deserves to do well. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Food fresh and very tasty. Nice touch with a birthday card for my wife. Would recommend.

    Could not fault the restaurant, the owner and the waiting staff. They went above and beyond for our meal, they catered for our 8 month old baby, a birthday brownie and the service was just excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant and the staff and will definitely be coming back.
