The restaurant was really nice because of the view of the city, but what really up the notch was the staff. They are attentive and accommodating, specially our server Murad! He gave us comments and suggestions regarding our order. He was really helpful and we very much appreciated his suggestions. My favorite dish last night was their Burnt Butter Octopus. I will definitely be back just for that!

My rib steak meal at the Sky Grill was excellent. The service was even better. I would strongly recommend anyone staying at the Baku Hilton to give the Sky Grill a try.
