Eureka, our superbly equipped cookery school and development kitchen, is about discovery. Discovering the skills and techniques used by Simpsons chefs to create delicious dishes. And discovering and unleashing your own culinary talents. Our cookery classes are a hands-on experience, with chefs helping you create fabulous contemporary dishes. The Eureka Kitchen is priced at £195 per person, to include lunch. If you have a voucher, please give our office a call to book a place! Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for specific dietary requirements or allergies.

No Pre-payment is required when selecting your menus or wine pairing options on our booking system. Please note, our 3-Course Menu will be available exclusively for lunch. For both lunch and dinner, you can enjoy our Classic or Prestige Menus, with these being the only options available for dinner. Our 3 Course Menu gives you a range of starters, mains and desserts to choose from. Showcasing a broad range of culinary skills using the best seasonal produce available. Wine selection by the glass is available to accompany the courses. Our current menu is displayed on our website but is also liable for change as new dishes are developed daily.
