    This unique experience allows guests to enjoy a variety of chef’s top seasonal cuisines in artful presentation. This experience is available to party sizes of two or four. All guests are served the same menu driven from the current yields of our local purveyors (allergies can be accommodated with advance notice). Requested times are subject to adjustments. Add-ons such as wine pairings, bourbon tasting or cocktail pairings are available to enhance your experience. PLEASE NOTE: We kindly advise against modifications to Chef's Tasting menu selections. Each item is a composed dish that Chef has created. If you are not open to fully experiencing Chef's creative selections; we strongly suggest you order from our regular daily menus.

    I was very excited to try The Silas as a surprise fro my husbands birthday we drove from Troy Ohio. I made reservations with special notes that I has a gluten allergy and that it was my husbands birthday. These things were not acknowledged. However when I brought them up the server was very informative. I ordered an aviation cocktail being told they could make anything and it was "fresh juices ect. The drink I received was nothing close to an aviation and was very syrup based and I had it sent back. I then told the server I wanted something not sweet and with fresh lemon juice so I ordered the strawberry lemon drop martini. once again it was beyond syrupy and sweet with no remittance of fresh juices at all and had it sent back again.. finally I ordered just a regular lemon drop saying I just wanted lemon juice and Titos ( please do not make it so sweet) it was tolerable but tasted of oranges and not lemon at all. I don't think the mixology is true to what is advertised at all and some of the worst I've had .. I did have a an espresso martini for dessert that was good. My husband ordered the flank steak and the crab cake.. both were very expensive and sup par at best the steak was chewy and the veg pot pie it came with was not good at all and we maybe had one bite. The crab cake would have been delicious if it had some more citrus or salt all the flavors were very bland . However the scallops that I had were amazing and very balanced flavors perfectly cooked. Overall I think the prices were way to high for the portion size and flavor..when paying prices like this there is an expectation of balance. The service was the best part of our evening but not sure if we will return because after a $200 bill and to many aspects of the food and drinks were just a let down.

    Tasting menu: spectacular! Optional wine/drink pairings: great addition! Service: outstanding! Never thought I would find a place like this in rural Ohio.

    Everything about our dining experience was outstanding. The only minor negative would be that we were sitting in a lovely booth but it was right by the hostess station and front door on an extended cold & windy evening resulting in our seating area being on the chilly side for the entirety of our dining experience. This was an extremely minor issue. Our servers was outstanding and my husband and I really appreciated that she knew the menu and food so well. Every question we had, she was able to answer thoroughly, as well as was able to make recommendations that we were very happy with.

    Silas Creative Kitchen never disappoints! The Chef always delivers a fabulous Valentine’s special menu that is beyond amazing. The service is impeccable and the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The entrees are delicious and beautifully served.
