I really like Sienna and have been several times. This time however I felt the waiting staff weren’t up to usual standards. Ordered two steaks, one medium, one medium rare. Both came medium rare and the staff member thought medium and rare were the same thing 🤷🏻‍♂️ steak knife’s turned up halfway through. Other than

Hidden away in a corner of the store it was a much needed quiet space for a bite to eat away from the madness of the Oasis dining area. The food was outstanding and the service superb.

The service was so slow for 2 courses we had to wait over 2 hours with no apology or explanation there would be a long wait. My meal was inedible (flatbread part burned / dry and part raw dough) and I asked to return it with the waitress offering me no alternative or apology. Later, I assume the manager came over and did, but it wasn’t ok. My daughter’s chips in her kids meal were so over-salted she could barely eat them and we were lucky she declined the offer of extra salt. It was relatively quiet until a woman at another table randomly started shrieking briefly. This is not a cafe / restaurant. It’s a bar where they clearly don’t know how to offer food. I was not happy by the mandatory service charge as the service was not worth tipping.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely, friendly staff. The food was delicious and stunning cocktails. I will definitely be returning it’s a hidden gem.

The cocktails and the food are fabulous. Had the small plates, although they are not very small! Had 5 dishes between 2 and we were stuffed! Every dish was delicious, full of flavour, perfectly cooked and well presented. Our first waitress was lovely, bubbly and attentive. When she left to go home our 2nd waitress fell short. We had to attract her attention from talking to, I presume, another member of staff dat at the bar. She didn't offer us dessert or more drinks, although we didn't want any. It was late on and we were the only people in the restaurant. In fact there had only been one other couple in.
