   Arriving Michelin recomend to meet before set dinnertime to enjoy a drink in the trendy Miles bar. We did … nobody showed up nor anybody welcomed us at all. Finally we found somebody and we got a top class drink. Drinking it we felt a bit like invonvineince to the place. Dinner As a Michelin restaurant we miss a presentation of the place and the serving staff was able to present the food beyond the printed meny folder and not less the wine (sommeliers skills).

   This was the highlight of my time on the island. The food was exceptional, great and interesting combinations that make you smile with fulfilled happiness 💛 and the service was exceptional - Markus was pure joy 💛

   Outstanding food - the salmon (vorspeisen) und Pasta with Gamba, Tomatenssauc (Zwischendurch) was perfect.

   Very underwhelmed. Took 1.5hrs for the maincourse. Starters came out cold. When they came back after microwave treatment, the salad was dead and the cheese fluid. Expensive but total lack of service (with the exception of maitre D Mr Schreiber, who tried to resolve the situation - but quite late and ultimately unsuccessful). Not recommended.

   Dear Mrs. Lahnstein, I think it is a great pity that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, you were not given our vegetarian menu, so you had to put something together yourself. Unfortunately, this again took so long that there can be waiting times. Certainly not as long as you described. We are a restaurant where our guests should enjoy and linger. Sincerely, Holger
