It’s obvious we’re all about oysters (they’re chilling on ice as soon as you walk in), but one look at our menu and you’ll see that Shuck is so much more.

Our raw bar features the freshest fish and shellfish with inventive flavors designed to complement, never cover up. Our snacks, sides, and starters are perfect for sharing, and our mains elevate favourite classics from down home to down right delicious.

Warm wood paneling and eclectic glasswork create an atmosphere that captures the spirit of Maritime living. There’s no red carpet here, but we have laid out the best in paper over our tablecloths so you can get to slurping, sharing, and savoring. Join us for lunch in a jiffy, or hang around for a while over dinner for an experience that’s modern, authentic, and unabashedly East Coast.

Everything was great but we did wait over 40 minutes for our entree after our appetizers. It really wasn't that busy. There were empty tables. Waitress removed the drinks from our bill due to that without us even asking. Food was delicious.

I booked for New year Eve. There wasn’t any information for the menu when I booked it. There was only set menu for today. You should give me the information via email or text. We visited the restaurant for the sea food. But we had to choose the steak. No option. Very disappointed. Also we had to wait for the steak for 1 hour. I wanted to leave but we didn’t. Because our server was really kind. I think I won’t visit again.

Hello Soomin, Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry if there was some confusion regarding our set menu on New Years Eve and that you had an extended wait for your main course. OpenTable prompted all guests booking through the app with information regarding the set menu, but we should have followed up to make sure you had seen it. There were seafood options for each course on the set menu, we would have been happy to guide you through the menu if you were unsure. Food was wonderful, but the amount of time 3/4 of the restaurant had to wait between courses was not reasonable at all. We understand things happen, but acknowledge it by offering your patrons a complementary drink or something other than it will be another 5 minutes. Drank 6 glassses of water between second and third course for reference.

Food was excellent , as was the service by our waiter, Grace. How ever, we were celebrating a special anniversary (52years), and although both host and waitress were aware of this, but other than wishes of happiness no special treat was offered. This is my first restaurant visit I didn’t enlven get a cupcake in honour of the occasion.

We do not offer complimentary dessert for all birthday's/anniversaries in the restaurant. We do prepare a special dessert platter with candles and a "happy birthday" or "happy anniversary" message when dessert is ordered. The food is ok. The value isn't. Nothing special. The oysters, if on sale, are comparable to others not on sale. The oysters are good. The rest is ok.
