Food was tasty but not hot. Service was ok but forgot one meal and took too long to order. Place is attractive and it’s busy but they MUST solve the extreme sound issues as you can’t hear across the table. Needs sound proofing materials asap

Unfortunately, the service was not good. We arrived at 6:30.. no waiter for 10 plus minutes (granted it was busy as it was Christmas Day. Ordered drinks - another 10 minutes, ordered appetizers- 35 minutes later.. got them. Cold scallops on the plate! Way too tight seating upstairs also, we felt like we were sitting with the other foursome at the next table. So between arriving and getting our 1st drink and an appetizer.. over 45 minutes! Diner took another 30 minutes-and the plates were extremely hot, yet the food was not.. which always means, the food sat under the lights - for too long. The sushi my husband offered was not good, the pork chop was warm, not good. With so many choices in Palm Desert, we won’t be back! Sorry as we were hoping for a better outcome.

Wonderful menu and bold flavors. The raw bar /rolls were amazing and fresh. Definitely order the strip steak entree and carne tacos. Loved the atmosphere and server was so kind. Would be 5 stars except service was super slow but it was Christmas and they were working so hard. Would recommend to friends 1000% Dined with 2 kids and everyone left happy since the menu has so many fun flavors and options

We had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner, loved the fact that they had their full menu as well as a holiday menu. Service was impeccable and friendly.

This is the place to be for a festive environment, attentive staff and very delish meals with a twist! Peach sangria is heavenly, Wagyu burger was extremely good and who doesn’t like fried avocado? See ya soon Shorebird Palm Desert.
