The 5 of us all ordered different meals. The oysters were good. Not great. The Lido Roll of sushi was everyone's favorite. The salmon and scallops were both really good but were served at room temp which was disappointing. Swordfish sandwich very good. Waygu burger good, not great. Skirt steak very good. We didn't order dessert.

My $56 Chilean Sea Bass was over cooked giving it rubbery texture. Very disappointing.

Waiter did not seem comfortable… three out of four meals were wrong and sent back.. very slow service…very loud for conversation… will not go back

No one to greet us at the door. Service was slow and we had to continue asking the server for water. It was extremely loud. Not the best experience when I specifically asked for a quiet spot because it was a business meeting.

Alphonso was very attentive. The Valentine appetizer was outstanding. All ordered items very good. Very comfortable . Acoustics not great, but not uncomfortable. Will return.

Our party of four went to Shorebird Palm Desert on a friend’s recommendation for Valentine’s Day Dinner. We were extremely disappointed in our entrees. The Chilean Seabass was tough (steak knife was required) and the coloring was gray. The Surf & Turf special was not worth $92 for mediocre steak and lobster. The Crabcakes were room temperature. Complaining about your dinner to a server can be uncomfortable and takes away from the dining experience. Our server was amazing and the restaurant ambiance was great.

Food was good, but not amazing . I found it hard to choose an item because there were few healthy options. It was quite noisy despite the sound panels all over the walls (strangely placed).
